Refund policy

If your order isn't what you expected, we'll make it right.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. This applies to every order, including items bought on sale.

How to start a return Email us at vivecosmetic33@gmail.com with your order number and what went wrong. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to post it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and return shipping on those is on us.

Return shipping For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping. We cover everything else. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.

What we can't accept

• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items that have been used, worn, or washed
• Items damaged through misuse, or returned without their original packaging

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
